Speed and handling
Status comes from the ticket system. "In process" is not a status there; it is inferred when an open ticket has been opened by a person or carries a manual change. Time to answer and to close come from a random sample of tickets read in full; closings made by automatic rules are counted separately because they happen in seconds.
